If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hart Equestrian product, no matter the reason, as long as the product holds its original packaging and has not been damaged or changed in any way, you may return the product for a full refund as long as we receive it within 15 days.
If you receive the product and it is not in good condition or is not what you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com so that we know before we ship your order out. If your order has already been dispatched when you contact us, you will receive a refund for the price of the product, but are asked to pay the shipping for the return to our headquarters.
Return address: Blundell Road 16-7600 V6Y 4E1 Richmond BC, Canada. We will refund you within 15 days of the order, or as soon as the product has arrived.
Shipping, for Hart Eq, is non-refundable due to our flat rates and world-wide shipping. Returning products shipping costs will be the customers own fee, and only the cost of the product will be refunded.
